Hi, We are trying to create a knowledge base for our csr where we want to create content so that the csr can read a question and look at the answer and send an email to the customer. These would be like frequently asked questions but we also want the ability for csr to send email from the article to internal and external users. I am thinking about solutions and answers feature but i am not sure about the difference between them.
