January 15th, Does Bearshare only support WMA files? Ok apparently the new version of Bearshare first choice of file is WMA as everytime I download something it's in that format, this is a problem for me because I need it into mp3 to get it into my ipod.

However because the new bearshare lets you download albums in full, I got protected files which I cant get into my itunes to convert. Does anyone know a program I can download to convert protected files into the correct format to get into my ipod for free, and also does Bearshare have mp3s becasuse unlike limewire in the files to download it doesnt show you what the format is.

Thanks I cant add the files to my itunes period, because there copyrighted protected from bearshare, so I need to know if Bearshare either lets you download albums in mp3 format so I can add them to my ipod, or what program out there will allow me to convert protected wma files into mp3 so I can put them into Itunes and then my ipod, thanks.

January 18th, It's not worth the effort to change those files because the quality would go down as a result, and they were already low quality. October 22nd, I am having the same problem. I will go through the trouble even if quality drops.
